Services Provided

  • In-home technology assistance throughout the DMV area
  • Remote technical support available nationwide
  • Device setup, troubleshooting, and one-on-one tech coaching

Booking & Customer Information

  • Appointments are scheduled through our secure Square booking page.
  • You will be asked to provide your full name, contact number, address (for in-home service), and describe the device and issue.
  • We collect this information to better prepare and deliver a personalized service experience.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
  • You are responsible for backing up your personal or business data prior to our visit or remote session.
  • Use of our services for illegal or unethical activity is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Fees

  • Service fees are presented during the booking process and confirmed before any work begins.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
  • We offer multiple recurring service plans, all of which clearly state billing cycles and pricing.
  • Promotions (such as $5 off) may be applied using a redemption code during checkout.

No-Show Policy

If a client is not available within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time — and reminders have been sent both the day before and the hour before — the visit will be marked as a no-show. Since we travel to you, a $25 fee will apply for missed in-home visits.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a charge.
  • To cancel or reschedule, follow the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to provide accurate, professional help every time.
  • EasyTechHelper is not liable for device malfunctions, unforeseen damage, or data loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal information will only be used to schedule and deliver services.
  • We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect service updates or policy changes.
  • Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any updated terms.
