How does remote support work?

With your permission, we’ll connect to your device remotely to diagnose and fix issues, guide you through tasks, or assist with setup and training.

Is your service senior-friendly?

Absolutely. We specialize in working with older adults and those who may not be tech-savvy, offering patient, step-by-step assistance.

What are your service hours?

Our standard service hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We can arrange special appointments outside these hours if needed.

Do I need to pay before service?

Payment is typically due at the time of service. For recurring plans or special arrangements, we’ll let you know the billing schedule in advance.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes! You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
